Hi, I’m Florin, and I’m studying Business at Level T. It’s been a really  positive experience so far. What I enjoy most about the course is how  friendly and talkative everyone is. It’s easy to connect and discuss ideas  with my classmates. We work on projects together and participate in  team-building activities, which helps us learn from each other.

Recently, we’ve been doing mock exams and group discussions, where  we explore different ways a business could solve an issue. It’s great to see how teamwork and communication are essential skills in this field.  I’ve learned a lot about business terminology and gained a better understanding of how the industry actually works behind the scenes. Though I still have a year left and there’s much more to learn, thi  course has been very helpful so far. 

My next step might be to do an apprenticeship in a similar area, so I can  continue gaining qualifications while working and learning on the job.  Ultimately, I just want to be confident and good at what I do, and I  believe this course is helping me move towards that. 

When I first started at college, I was a little reserved but that changed quickly as I got to know my classmates and started working more  collaboratively. I feel much more confident now, I know how broad the business world is and understand I still have a lot to learn, which keeps  me motivated. 

A typical day in college begins with a short tutorial that gives us industry  insights, helping us understand different areas like finance, people  management, and business contexts. We switch between teachers and  topics during the day to get a well-rounded understanding of each area.  For example, earlier today I was with my tutor Andrew, learning about  business contexts, and later I’ll work with Sharon on finance.
